Google SideWiki Spamming

I am gonna call it now. My prediction if this plugin for the Google toolbar takes off it will be spammed like a mofo.

This sidewiki is causing a huge mess on some forums. People are pissed and I can see why. But I honestly think if this thing takes off by the time it does there are gonna be ways to combat the spam. So don’t let it piss you off to much. Send your opinions to Google and kick back.

Here is a way to check sidewiki comments without having the toolbar or sidewiki installed.

Sidewiki Comments – add this bookmarklet to your favorites

“Or, if you need something more simple, just install the bookmarklet* above and click on it while you are on any webpage and you’ll be able to read (and rate) the sidewiki comments left by other Google Toolbar users.”

Just right click the link above and add it to your toolbar. It is a quick way to check for comments. All you gotta do is have the page you wanna check open in your browser and then click on the bookmarklet in your toolbar and it will show you if there are any comments in sidewiki for that page.
