Bookmans Exchange in AZ

So you are looking to sell some old books and other random items for some cash or maybe store credit. And you found this looking to locate one of the Bookman’s locations that are in Arizona.

Let me give you some advice no matter what Bookmans store you want to trade at (Speedway or Ina or Grant in Tucson or the Phoenix and Mesa store).

Make Bookman’s Exchange your LAST option for trading or selling your books and other items.

Why????

Because more than likely you will waste your gas driving there because they don’t buy squat. Or they will offer to buy your stuff but they will low-ball the hell out of you.

So what are your other options?

First try Craigslist

Then try Ebay

3rd try Half Price Books

And then of course your very LAST option should be Bookman’s Used Books and Exchange in AZ.

Another good option before using Bookmans is to use your old books as fire material.

Yes folks, I’d rather burn my books than sell them for $.59 to Bookmans.

Pretty nice post. I just recently went there and got offered very little for my stuff. I tried half priced books and really liked what they offered me. And the best part was they buy everything you take in!

I was thinking about selling there. Think I will try craigslist first before hand.

Thanks for pointing out the other options for selling stuff. I knew about CL but will try Half Priced too. I assume they are a local bookstore in Arizona too?

agree with this. Go to half priced books if you are in the metro area. Half Price has a way better selection and will buy everything you have to sell at good prices. Bookmans is yuck.
