Just saw this word spiking “bankofamericaonlinebanking” and chuckled (actually more of a giggle but I wanna chuckle today).
So I guess Bank of Americas site was down for more than 3 hours today. Which meant for people trying to bank online that would kinda create an issue.
Personally I didn’t think this was anything new at all. Shit I’ve had all sorts of issues with BofA online. I just thought it was part of their “quality” service.

I stumbled on your website by accdient and I must say I totally disagree with you. I work with Chase an Wells Fargo as well as BofA and BofA wins hands down. Chase and Wells Fargo both take money from your account the minute you set up bill pay. BofA takes it out the day it arrives or the pay you tell it to arrive. You can set bills up way in advance. You have control. This is not the case with Chase or Wells. BofA is more client friendly and I have personally had my accounts with them for almost 25 years. Why fix what is not broken? And the grass is not always greener on the other side.
