consider myself to be very kind, clever, very emotional woman. I am well-educated. I’m active and creative. The most important thing in my life is my son, my parents, having a god job, healthy life style, honesty and I a good life position.
I would like to meet healthy, happy and handsome man. Self-sufficient and stable. I would like him to be with a good sense of humor.

Everyone is looking for kings or princes, but I need that one who is meant to make my life complete. I am simple and need a simple man, whose heart is open for love, a man who will be the only one for me in this world, a man who will share this life and will be happy only because he sees me each day, waking up in the morning, a man who will be my support, my passion, my love. Be sure – life will become better, if you share it with me.

the problem is in the actual women on there.
If the women on this site look too good to be true, that’s because they do!
I am 35, 6′2″, not bald, not fat, and a successfull doctor in Canada. I decided to give this a chance as my ex of 3 years had left me and I wanted to try something new. Boy, was I in for a shock!

After spending close to $1000 on the site, I connected with three women. I traveled to Ukraine to meet them.
The first had totally lied about her English ability. She had it put it to “advanced” on her profile. She knew not a single word in English. Without telling me, she brought an Anastasia interpreter who charged $20 per hour.
They insisted on meeting at only this one restaurant, which I did just to be nice. They then ordered the most expensive items on the menu, bringing the bill to $300. They suggested that I take them to another restaurant of their choice the next day (and to that I said no).

The next date turned out even worse. Even though she spoke good English, she brought her cousin to this restaurant of her choice. Without asking me and in Russian, they ordered 8 dishes of appetizers!!! and the most expensive wine and entres on the menu. I finally got so pissed that I got up and left. They then threatened to call the police on me and holding me hostage in the country. I threw $150 at them and got the heck out of there (total bill would have been north of 400 had I stayed).

The third date did not even show up.

Don’t waste your money and stay home. date women in your own neck of the woods. That’s my advice.
These women think of foreign men who go there as suckers. They don’t care what you look like, or what you do. They just want to take you for a hell ride and leave you feeling so empty and used.

in my opinion is very close to being a scam…It is a bunch of paid young women sending false letters andpromises of wanting to be married…It is true, the dates are very costly once you go there and event he girls that speak english bring and ” interpreter” that charges a lot and eats for free…These women have NO intention on marrying you…The find the worst women out there and pay them for them to lie to you…I am surprised the government has not sued them…

I found this review as I was searching for background information on AnastasiaDate.com because I am already a client there.

From my experience the site delivers what it promises, dates with beautiful women from Ukraine and Russia. Difficult for me to comment on your personal experiences of course, each to their own and all that, but I had a great time in Ukraine with the dates that I organized. No issues, no problems, no scams. If anyone brings a translator along and wants $20 an hour, tell her to go whistle and find someone else. There are thousands of girls there, so there are obviously going to be gold diggers about.

The refreshing thing I found about Anastasia is that when they find golf diggers, they get rid of them. I was refunded a few times and so despite the actual cost if using the service, it’s much cheaper than using other services if you are actually serious about dating and finding a wife, and not just on the site for virtual kicks)

    Anyway, that’s just my 2 cents…

    Harry

I will have to disagree 1000% with the assessment of this reviewer after much investigation into the operation of Anastasiadate.com one can safely say that it is indeed a scam!

You are not completely correct because the “golddiggers” are not those who are completely removed from the site. For example Elena Matsuk was not removed from the site and committed marriage fraud and is now blacklisted on a governmental scale. Without sound research my friend has only given a one-sided view. Hundreds of complaints have been made and they cannot be all that wrong. I am also a client with them and have seen their disreputable ways over and over again from changing names on profiles to having similar looking profiles with names same but with height and age different, etc My friend’s 2 cents were better left in his backpocket and this comes from one who has been experienced on the site for over one year!

For my good friend Harry Brown above let me show you the real inner workings of the site and what well research does: This comes from no1sitereviews.com and is based on experience. Here are two stories. The first comes
    (DG, Texas abbreviated version)

“Guys, let me share with you a personal story: I speak fluent Russian, lived in Ukraine for a long time, and now live in Texas. I’m in my mid-30’s, average looking, stable job. Recently I traveled to Odessa, Ukraine, to meet several girls from Anastasia. Since I was able to speak the language fluently, I befriended ladies and got to know them pretty well. I also learned from them the “inner workings” of the dating service of “Anastasia.” I could NOT believe what I heard. They told me ladies get paid a percentage of money to write you letters, so it’s in their best interest to keep you paying credits $$$ to open letters and then force you to pay more $$$ to reply to those ladies. Very few ladies are actually interested in meeting you as most of them are either: a) in school, or b) dating local guys, or c) married already but are working in Anastasia to make money on the side. Girls told me that sometimes one girl will write responses to as many as 5 different guys, or even worse another Ukrainian guy will pretend to be a girl when responding to you!! Yikes!”

The second comes from a lady client of theirs, (Marina from Kiev)

“I would like to tell personal story about Anastasia.com. I am girl from Kiev (Ukraine), I am nice, well-educated and I know English. I wanted to find serious relationship with help of site Anastasia. Well, I registered on the site with my real name and stated that I am woman looking for a man. Can you believe, some mistake has happen and I started to receive invitations from girls to be a member and to chat with them or to read their e-mails? I felt that Anastasia doesn’t expect girls to make registration by themselves; they prefer to work with local agencies. Well, than I met a girl who was working in the local international dating agency, partner of Anastasia. She told me that she needs to write and send hundreds of e-mails every day, trying to make new members and to have chat with them. She receives percentage from payments. Also I found many ads in the local press, where girls are invited to work in chat with foreigners. Also there are special people in the agencies, who write very emotional letters about love and relationship.
Than I studied other international dating sites with Russian/Ukrainian girls. I found out that most popular girls usually have very provocative pictures. I mean that girl in underwear takes your attention more than girl in dress. There are many topless girls. Believe me I grew up and live in Ukraine, I am young and beautiful, but not me not any of my friends can not let provocative pictures appear in the Internet. Don’t believe that Ukrainian teacher can place a picture in the Internet dressed in a sexy bra. She has colleagues, classmates, alumni, parents, pupils, relatives, and friends and so on. It will be very bad if somebody from this list will see her in underwear (or topless or nude) in the Internet dating site. It can completely destroy professional and personal reputation (I take a teacher for example, but it is true about doctors, clerks, managers and so on). Who don’t care? Well, people from show-business (I didn’t find girls on the dating site with such field of work), professional daters and prostitutes. I am Ukrainian and after my own experience and investigations I don’t believe to dating sites. It is monopoly of professional writers, daters, and fake agencies Well, I decided to try well-known international site. I filled out application form on Match.com. Next day I couldn’t access to my page. I wrote a letter to the customer service. The answer was “We don’t accept profiles from your part of world any more, because of scammers”

So when people talk after only seeing one angle of events and have not researched everything properly like I have I don’t put faith much in their 2 cents that come out of their pocket!

Hey guys, you are all a bunch of lightweights when it comes to being fooled! I most certainly am the biggest internet dating fool of all time!

I met Natalia on anastasiadate.com, and by all appearances she was the woman of my dreams. She was in her mid 40’s, divorced, no kids, and of course very easy on the eyes! We corresponded a few months, and arranged a meeting. Natalia had a close friend who speaks fluent English, so she asked her to be our translator. Everything was set.

I was literally at the airport ready to board my flight when I received a text message from Natalia telling me not to come! Cancel your flight, because you deserve to know the truth. I immediately called the translator, Anna, and asked her what was going on. She was in a different city, and they were both to meet me in Kiev at the airport. I had previously sent gifts to Natalia along with my direct e-mail and cell number, so we had corresponded some directly, as well as through anastasiadate, com.

Anna didn’t have any idea what was wrong, and after some discussion she agreed to meet me in Kiev herself, and stay with me until we arranged a meeting with Natalia. We met, took a train to Khmelnitskiy, and Natalia acted as if she didn’t even know me. In our letters she was very romantic and inviting me into her most intimate life. It happened she was working and had made no arrangements for time off to meet me.

During this time I got to know Anna better, and she was the sweetest young lady … only 22 at the time, and much too young for me! Nevertheless we became friends while she played tour guide for the time I was scheduled to be there. I never once doubted Anna’s sincerity, but only got a small sense of the fact that I had been fooled by their local agency. Natalia said she was very upset with them, and that she had no idea the translators there were creating a false relationship between us.

Think about it guys … you are corresponding to a few photos and some written text describing a woman and her job or family. I won’t bore you with more details, but in the end, with the purchase of many gifts, helping with some medical expenses, and several nice dinners with Anna and her friends … I spent right at $5,000 … including airfare of course.

Anna and I still remain very close, like Uncle and Niece, and in fact she has personally met with one woman I’d love to meet. Anna assures me the lady is really interested in me, so we will see, as Anna will be by my side for every meeting I have in the future.

I still believe Ukrainian ladies are the most lovely in all the World, and let’s face, they prefer guys who are older. This n9otion of being scammed has grown to be most believable in recent weeks. Yes, I still correspond with a few ladies, but honestly I enjoy it and I want to believe in them.

I first went to Ukraine in 2000, and made four trips before I married a lady from Belarus. It happened after six years she got what she wanted, which was a better future for her son, so she decided to begin finding ‘guy friends’ on skype.com. I learned about it, and confronted her, only to find her gone by the time I came home from work the next day. It’s okay, no hard feelings. We both did something we wanted to do, and now we are both free to do whatever we want to do with what’s left of our lives.

The failed visit to meet Natalia was after my ex left me. I joined anastasiadate.com and soon found I was very popular!! Imagine that! It felt great for a while, because I was sort of going through that whole rejection thing. But as others have said … questions in my letters started going unanswered. Important issues were not being responded to at all. Promised new photos never appeared.

Nobody wants to admit he has fallen for a scam of this kind. Frankly guys, I believe everything about anastasiadate.com is a lie. I read i n one of these comments where a group is planning a class action suit against anastasiadate.com, and of course I will join in that lawsuit! I hate the way the innocent ladies are being used for profit through bribes and contests. I think I hear the money train slowing down for the last station stop!

I invite anyone to write to me if you need further proof. My e-mail is jeb@bak.rr.com and I’ll be happy to share my other experiences from the last 30 months of getting scammed!! What else could I have done with $12,000 in credit expenses, $3,400 for delivered gifts of roses, and nearly $7,000 in special circumstance monetary gifts? Oh yes, that house I wanted to buy, or the parts for my custom street rod, even some new machinery for my business. I smile here … because at least I know somewhere among those 40+ ladies there is a real live princess … and at least I got to correspond with her!

How lame is that for an old fool? The rest of you guys quit whining … it’s only money! Remember … jeb@bak.rr.com if you want someone to share your misery! :) )

    Anastasiadate.com Court Threats!

If Anastasiadate.com was free from fraud (also known as anastasiaweb.com and anastasia-international.com) then why threaten to take to court the owner of a reputable antiscam site named Saul Hudson who exposed their activities. This is what he says from antiscam.net

“Of course we are aware of Anastasia.web and have been for many years. They have threatened us with legal action on a number of occasions but, since going to court would involve their business practices being exposed it is one area they really want to stay well away from”

So when they say they are free from fraud you know they are completely lying!

I haven’t spent tons of money yet, although I have been close. I was close to visiting twice, but each time, after email communication offline broke down, I stopped conversing with the woman involved. The first one refused to write to me in Russian, instead writing one or two sentences with words like “BABEEEEE!” in them – not the person I had conversed with. Another got engaged (she says) and another’s email never worked, actually. I am just now aching over a woman who said she was writing from home and couldn’t sleep (supposedly with a seven-year-old boy in the room). Subsequently, I got a letter from her – she said that her computer was broken, so we had to use the agency. I saw her online again, the next day, in the early morning!! I asked her about her broken computer. She said she had another one that she could use. How dumb does she think I am?!? But at least I didn’t go there. If anyone wants to sign me up for class action, please avail yourself of my email: cantorron atsymbol aol dot com. Yet I still have hope, because I am gullible. But I am not going to chat with anyone on there. Also, Marina from Kiev is right. How is a teacher going to post pictures of herself in a bikini on a dating site, unless she is quite certain that she will be scooped up?
